Nowhere in Article 3 does it say that a judge of an inferior court has the power to overrule the President. That would make the Judiciary superior to the the Executive branch, which is not what the Constitution says.
It is way past time for the Supreme Court and CJ Roberts to reign in the inferior district courts.
